This is a continuation of the Typeface Design Project. After designing a typeface we were asked to introduce constraints to our letterforms and compositions. This is an exploratory project that is meant to push the boundaries of legibility when it comes to type. My variations include 3 separate systems of grids that influence how legible the letterforms are. The final 3 compositions include both the letterforms and their grids with adjusted strokes which create some pretty interesting effects.
